I would expect all that multiuser functionality to be built into whatever implementation of SQL you employ; but relational DBs are not my strong suit.

If, however, you're trying to allow multiple users to access a "single user" [ie. non-client/server] SQL DB, you will probably need to maintain arrays similar to SDB's.
