It is not really those guys who I want to kill me though. They're just
trying to make money. It is the gov'nt which keeps making laws requiring
weirdly formatted uploads of data (although I must admit that lately they
are settling on XML) and every year or so putting more demands on the
shipping companies asking for more information -- which, of course, is
creating a whole industry of people writing software to comply.
