Here's some speculation:
If the appropriate port can be selected, then I would think that
Revolution is capable of streaming the data. The real challenge might
be the synchronization methods, such as MTC (MIDI Time Code) and SMPTE.
A more recent development:
How about RTP-MIDI? This looks promising, and I would imagine that
Apple has a detailed reference for the specification. In brief:
