Not sure how this would look but since you can get the loc of the first char of
each line just set a button there. You can create them on the fly as you type,
maybe by checking for periods followed by a space followed by a capital letter.

Hello everyone,
I'd like to have functional check boxes at the beginning of each line
of a text field. Is there some way to get the actual button in there
or would I create an image of both a checked and unchecked box and
then toggle the imageSource?
