Note also that you can change this in the rev preferences panel under "Files and Memory | User Extensions". And that you have to create the folder yourself - it's not automatic. I have my Ubuntu prefs set to "/home/mwieder/revolution". Andre- I'm assuming this is for your own use and you're not attempting to roll this into a distribution package. If you're trying to come up with a generic solution for this and you can work within the IDE, then you can just use what revenvironmentuserpluginspath() returns. I have yet to find a solution for figuring out what the user has selected if I'm creating a standalone app. I'm not sure there's any generic way of finding this out. Secret decoder ring special: if you use glx2, you can copy the stack into your user plugins folder and it will work, although it's not officially supported. -- -Mark Wieder [email protected] _______________________________________________ use-revolution mailing list [email protected] Please visit this url to subscribe, unsubscribe and manage your subscription preferences: http://lists.runrev.com/mailman/listinfo/use-revolution
