This is turning into 20 questions. ;-) Can you send the names of some of these .rev files opening up? Sounds like plugins or? since you didn't say you have windows opening up but files appearing in the application browser. If you list the names, maybe someone will recognize them. If they are your files, then something in your code is doing it.
