With OSX Leopard, I believe iPhoto has features that let you do this
already. Just drag your photos over from iPhoto and drop them onto
your email.

I've already build apps that use PostFix on the local box to send
out emails, and but the attachment part is tricky.
I will look up Sean's email lib's but before digging in I was
wondering if anyone had anything on the shelf already finished that
I can start with.
