Have a look at <http://troz.net/onrev/samples/desktop.irev> and it's
script. This redirects to a different page if a mobile device is
detected.

I tried "launch url". No go. And tried the meta-tag "REFRESH" outside
the <?rev ?> script, which works on PCs but not with Japanese
cell-phones.
