I don't know what all the fuss is about as I seem to always be
'breaking the rules' by using IMAGES, FIELDS and GRAPHICS
as BUTTONS.

A GRAPHIC object layered above a text field with all the
jazzy gradients can then be grouped with the text field
(or button, for that matter) to achieve all sorts of
spectacular results.

I've made my share of custom controls, and with Rev 3.5's new Behaviors and group-specific messages it's easier now more than ever.

But still not as easy as using a built-in button, esp. when all one wants is a gradient effect that the engine already support but for a different object type.
