Hi Richard, i think that has to do with security settings in IE. I also have a customer, which cannot use the plugin. He always just sees the image with the link to the Download section.
On monday i will check that settings on his machine, then i will know more. Btw.: I had to place my on "no-web-plugin" image, because the default link in the html-file, which Revolution creates, is not valid.
