Hi Richmond, I think this has to do with bug: http://quality.runrev.com/qacenter/show_bug.cgi?id=8409 Rev makes use of the internet in the Docs and Rev Online. Because your computer was still connected to your router and your internet was not functioning at the time this bug may be affecting you.
