Looking for app

I seem to recall that someone is working on an app in Rev which will 
create thumbnails of images and create a web page from them where the 
user can click on an image and see/download it.

Unfortunately, I can't remember who was working on it. I don't want to 
reinvent the wheel if someone is already doing this.
