It's a matter of debate, considering the convoutions between the
Missouri Compromise of 1820 and the repercussions of the Dred Scott
Decision of 1857. The Missouri Territory was split in two over the
issue of slavery, resulting in the lower part of the territory joining
the South.

Leave it up to the politicians to get things straightened out and
they'll ensure that your DVDs can't be delivered.
