You can use files() and folders() to get a list of files and folders in the default directory and then create a combined listing based on this. If you're happy enough using generic folder and file icons then it's fairly trivial (a tabbed field with the file and folder icons set using the imagesource property). If you want the icons to reflect the file type/extension then it's more complicated (you really need an external for this).
