Duuh. Yes, I did look at "print", but didn't scroll down... Thanks.
Maybe not so "Duh" after all: the printPaperOrientation was added as
late as v2.9, along with printPaperRect and a good many others. The
printing interface was overhauled at that time, allowing a lot of new
tokens that truth be told I haven't fully exploited myself.
