Once I got used to it I quite like the flat aluminum Mac keyboards and bought several corded ones for home and office.
The Kinesis board takes a lot of getting used to but is great if you're keying all day. http://www.kinesis-ergo.com/ The original IBM keyboards are love/hate in terms of feel.
