Well, I can't say with any certainty, but my guess is that the difference you are
seeing has to do with the amount of extra stuff that is going on in the Rev IDE
compared to the sparse Metacard IDE.
Have you tried creating a standalone that opens the same stack? I would expect that to
be much faster. Whenever the Rev IDE is active there is a whole bunch of interface
code, all written in Xtalk, that has to execute.
I'm thinking that might be the difference you are seeing.
