I have a stack I'm developing in Windows. It has a menubar ("menubar
1"). when I run it in the Rev IDE, everything works fine. However, when
I build a distribution, the menubar is gone. It's not the main stack so
I'm able to open it back up in Rev; the group "menubar 1 " is not
there! What did I manage to do to cause the menubar group to vanish
when I included the stack in my distribution build?
