The solution I found to see if Acrobat is in the user machine use the "SpecialFoderPath" functionalong withone of the Microsoft Windows CSDIL numbers. The solution works in a CP box, but I'm affraid it may not work with all the Windows installations , I would have to check. In the other hand the solution Ken provides query the registry directly and maybe is a better solution. Thanks Ken!
