I have been e-mailing heather for over a week looking for help with no respones. Is she OK?
I know that she's fine and on vacation at the moment. Presumably someone at RR is taking up the slack but in addition to other duties.
Hopefully someone from the team will see your note and respond soon. I think some of them are now at MacWorld in France.
