It is a small window that shows a magnified view of the region around the mouse pointer. There are no controls; you work hands-free and simply glance over to the magnified view as you work.
The region is limited to the primary monitor, though the window can go on any monitor.
(I tested this on OS X, Mac OS 9.2 and Windows XP. It looked good in all cases except I had flicker on my XP which I suspect is driver problem.)
This is my first plugin, so if you see I did anything silly, please let me know.
