Try to see if it's not because you need to launch the ref file dynamically trough your web server (IIS or Apache), something alike : "<a href=" & quote & "http://localhost/teste.htm"; & quote &">Teste</a>" or : "<a href=" & quote & "http://127.0.0.1/teste.htm"; & quote &">Teste</a>" where "teste.htm" will be stored in your default web directory.
