revmenubar out of sight

Hi listmembers,
today when I started Revolution as usual there was no revmenubar.
On Windows XP ctrl.-O worked so I opened stack revmessagebox.rev and looked up the 
rect of stack revmenubar.rev and it was 
-32000,-32000,-31336,-31933
??????
