I'm doing "get url" file access all the time under MacOS 8.6 and 7.6 without any problems. But I haven't yet upgraded to rev 2.1 and I'm still using 2.0.3
What version of rev are you using ? When you say Classic -I guess you mean 68k MacOS ?
