Hi Paul, As Rob already mentioned, AppleEvents are by definition limited to MacOS -- otherwise there would have been no need for the Revolution_IPC project. It would sure be nice if Apple were to open up the specification for the 'eppc' protocol, allowing us to connect to the socket directly from Windows and Unix applications and send events. But as AppleScript probably is considered one of the crown jewels of MacOS (and is IMHO far too often ignored), it's ubnlikely they'll open it up the way they did RendezVous.
