That's a link to the component that has just timed-out. My guess is that someone forgot to remove the timeout when it went from beta to final.

The QT discussions pages are down at the moment, so I assume there are a lot of irritated people out there...

It appears that the QT MPEG-2 component stopped working for everyone
this morning.  If you set the date back before 15th Dec it works, if
you set it to 15th or after, you get 'component needed to play movie
could not be opened'.
