Is a stack source code?

Barring any special considerations, do you think it reasonable to call 
a stack source code?  Could I, in good faith, call it that?  Would a 
folder of scripts be source code?  I heard Geoff (no doubt holding his 
breath in a demo as I type) has a method for creating an xml dump of a 
stack; would that be source code?
