No, every other char is charToNum() = 0, NULL I guess. Weird. I'm going to bugzilla this.
These look like wide characters of some sort maybe UTF16 or the closest Windows gets to that. Either Excel is not marking those right, Rev is not handling the type right, or somehow the app is supposed to see the difference.
