This all looked OK, but I changed "Avoid duplicate copies?" to no, just in case that is not working.
(Maybe this is why some comments seem to be sent to me directly and not to the list.)
I did see I have a bounce score of 1 (recent bounces).
I didn't get Mark Brownell's mail to the list on this subject.
