Or, you can use quicktime to set a frame in the movie as the poster frame and then do a screen/picture capture of that frame and use that and then when the movie starts they would be the same.

which will let you get an image of a movie-file, if i remember his announcement
correct, or

right now, you will have to take a snapshot of the players rect...
