Bob, "Palm Database Viewer" was written by Lars Lewejohann. I don't know much about it because it was v.0.01beta when I it was announced on this list (I still have it). The about box has links to http://www.phwnotyping.com and http://www.tiny-red-book.com I hope this helps.
