In version 2.2 using the Property Inspector if you select Stack File in the drop down and set a stack file the format of the "stackFiles" property will be what I listed in the previous email.
I'm not seeing that here. If I click on the little folder icon and choose a stack, it goes into the list normally. I see only one comma -- the one that separates the stack name from the file path.
