I looked through the shell command set, > and I do not see a way to do it from there... ----------- Well, if it's a Mac OS, and the application in question is scriptable via AppleScript, i.e., it has an AS dictionary, then you can send it any of it's available commands through AS, manipulate data from it in RR, etc.
