It is the normal bezier curve you are probably familiar with, with a couple of exceptions. It has 4 control points, the two end points, each with its own control to set the slope and curvature at the end points.
The control points are made invisible by clicking on the bezier line. This gives you a single line with any shape compatible with the cubic parametric representation of curve's function.
Clicking again on the bezier line brings the control points back for editing.
It is self-contained. All handlers are in the control points and the bezier line itself. Nothing else is added to your stack.
You can dress up the bezier line with color, thickness, and end arrows if you are of a mind. Just go to the graphic inspection palette in RR.
Limitations: Only one bezier line per card and only two bezier points--the end points. These limitations could be scripted for, but it would be a lot of work, and it is rumored that Run Rev is working on a bezier control of their own--it would fit nicely in the one blank square on the Tool Palette.
In the mean time, here is a limited-feature bezier curve. And thanks again to Alejandro for his work on this--available at http://www.geocities.com/capellan2000/ )
My version is available at: http://home.infostations.net/jhurley/ Look for Bezier Line, under "Utilities"
