I found the article by Tim Monroe in MacTech magazine very helpful (September, October and December 2003).
I looked on the MacTech Web Site and found the issues you are talking about, they are $8.95 each (which is reasonable), but the shipping is $42!! Most likely because they are being shipped from the USA to the UK. Does anyone know if I can get these in the UK? Otherwise I'll have to get the company to order it and it will take longer!
