I just managed to do a really stupid thing: Not noticing where I was typing -- or really thinking for that matter -- in the message box I typed "hide me" or some such thing (I know... sigh...).
How do I get it back??

Alternately, make a stack with a button. In the script of the button:
on mouseup show stack "message box" end mouseUp
Don't worry, you still don't get the prize for dumbest thing ever done.
