It's on the RunRev website: ftp://ftp.runrev.com/pub/revolution/downloads/distributions/sdk/ExternalSDK.zip works great...using an old version of CodeWarrior in XP too! The example is actually in a 'Visual' format (MS Visual Studio I believe).
