Xavier, if you want a faster response, try emailing support rather than
Kevin directly. We can answer most questions, and you're more likely to get
a 48 hour turnaround. Of course, if your query really needs the intervention
of the CEO you're still going to be facing a delay, but if its something the
support team can deal with, we'll do it quickly,
