I remember specifically assigning an engineer to your bug, and a member of
our team contacting you, they did not receive a reply.

You are doing something which we expressly document as not supported.

That documentation not withstanding, you are also using Revolution 2.1.2.  I
note this bug is fixed in 2.2.

I'd be happy to continue to discuss ways we can help get your project back
on track, off list.
