Hi , I have an interesting windows error upon exiting(Quitting) a standalone on win 2k.
" The instruction at "0x10001b0f" referenced memory at "0x015b0f50". the memory could not be "read"
Click on OK to terminate the program"

All standalones? Or a specific one?

Do you have any close stack events? Any other close events? Any pending messages? Any libURL stuff?
I do have close stack events.
I also have other apps. with close stack events without this problem.

I think you are going to need to provide a bit more information before anyone can help much. Those sorts of error messages mean about as much to me as they do to you, so you need to analyze what might be behind it.
