Bugzilla Has Alzheimer's?

I logged into Bugzilla via Revzilla today and tried to vote on a bug. 
It told me I had no more votes to spend on bugs. I don't remember 
voting on any bugs. So I went to the Revzilla page where I could see my 
voting. The list is empty.

Sounds like a bug.
But I can't report it to Bugzilla because....
You get the idea.
