You can set the sockettimeoutinterval to a bigger value, or just ignore
the message. The timeout message does not close the socket, it just
gets repeatedly send when a write or read has not finished.

Is there any way to cancel a socketTimeout? I keep getting (in my

invalid socketTimeout error messages. Can I make the engine 'ignore'
timeouts? The engine keeps closing valid connections on me!
