Nope.
Netscape was never a HyperCard project, though I think the UI was prototyped in HyperSomething.

Isn't this pretty much what AOL and CompuServe were like? I never got a chance to use the old versions, but I do remember the screenshots and they always reminded me of Stacks.
And vice versa: Since part of the motivation for making RevNet was to
show how trivial it can be to write a custom variant of AOL, I borrowed
the window dimenensions and a few layout elements directly from them. :)
