Aloha Sannyasin,
It works fine here (RR 2.0r2, Mac OS 9.0) under the Rev Dev UI.
I notice the dialog window is resizeable; but I cannot shrink it to 
where the Choose button is hidden.

Is the problem being manifested in a standalone?
