Why oh why isn't there an FAQ???
Thinking about this further, it seems that until RunRev recognizes the cost-saving value of a good FAQ, there's nothing stopping us from making a wiki for now.
Andre, in your copious free time do you feel like putting one up somewhere? Or anyone else?
I'll add some items once someone sets it up...
