Flash and Revolution - Strange Behavior

Good call.  I attempted to load the flash directly into the player and I get
the error:
 
"Couldn't open the file "XYZ.swf" because invalid media data was found in
the movie."
 
Are there things that Quicktime can't handle in flash?
