Database Problem

Having some problems using a legacy Access database - connecting via 
ODBC. Got quite far but having problems updating records. The problem 
seems to be due to the fact that the table name is two words long and 
the automatic database functions can't handle this (at least for ODBC). 
Trying single and double quoting of the database name but with mixed 
results - anyone had these problems?
