Sounds like that could be related to my bug #2511 with embedded
imgsrcs. The engine doesn't keep htmlText intact, but remolds it to
fit what it can handle. <br> is converted to <p></p> pairs and an
extra space is inserted after end tag chars ">". I haven't seen an
actual stack crash, but YMMV.
