A loop with post messages

Anuy of you knows how can I have this loop to work?
It stops after the first go.

  repeat 3
    if the opensockets is not empty then resetAll
    put field "Headers" ....
    post MESSAGGIO to URL INDIRIZZO
    put it  & return after message
  end repeat
