P. S. to my earlier message.
I found that I can speed this program considerably by eliminating all Lock and Unlock Screens. They are not really necessary in this example.
A better example is:
In the message box: go url "http://home.infostations.net/jhurley/ControlTurtles.rev";
In this example there are no unlock screens. Unless you put them in (inserting unlock screen or wait 0 millisec) the objects move abruptly between a few random positions.
If you do insert the forced screen refresh, things slow down considerably--much slower than OS 9 or Windows.
